Q. Who will be doing the training at the camp?
A. The University Coaches we hire will be responsible for running all the training sessions during camp.
Q. Do the athletes need to play for premier teams?
A. This mission of our camp is to be COMPETITIVE. We seek the best of the best players in order to create that environment. Campers in attendance should consider themselves as players competing on the top teams in their respective leagues and be players at the top of the pyramid.
Q. Is there a guarantee that the coaches listed will be there?
A. The coaches we have listed on our webpage have agreed to attend. However, sometimes life events happen and a coach may need to change their schedule. If this does occur, we do our very best to update the website accordingly so it remains current and work hard to replace that staff member with a school of similar caliber.
Q. Do you have space for Goalkeepers?
A. Yes. We do offer spots for goalkeepers, but do keep it limited in numbers. This is a great opportunity for them.
Q. Can an athlete attend more than one camp?
A. Yes, athletes may register and attend as many camps as they wish.
Q. My Daughter is entering 8th grade is she too young to be recruited?
A. Women’s programs begin identifying talent fairly early. If your daughter is a top prospect our camp will help her get on the radar of top College programs in the country. They can they track her progress and proceed accordingly in respect to NCAA rules.
Q. My athlete is not sure what level they want to play in college. Is this the right camp for them?
A. Our camp is for those who want to be ALL IN and are seeking opportunities to play at the next level.
Q. If we only attend some of the days, is there a discount?
A. The NCAA requires that no participants receive a special or discounted price. As such we do not offer any discounts or scholarships.
Q. How do I register for the camp?
A. Simply visit the registration page listed with each event and complete the registration process online.
Q. Do you offer group Discounts?
A. Yes, we will offer a group discounts. When registering your group, please email the camp office, and we will provide you with the appropriate discount code to use.
Q. What is the refund policy?
A. Due to the limited numbers we have at camp, we do not offer refunds unless All IN ID Camps cancels the camp. Do not register unless you are certain you can attend. Potential issues where we DO NOT offer refunds:
Q. What type of payment do you accept?
A. Currently we accept credit card payment online.
Q. What is Camp Insurance?
A. For all our camps you can purchase Camp Insurance . The insurance rates allow for refunds for potential cancelations.
Q. What is the Weather Delays/Cancellations, Camp Change of Structure, Date, Location & Postponement Policy?
A. In the event that inclement weather prohibits campers to train outside at any of our events, All IN ID Camp will do its best under these circumstances, but campers safety is our first priority. If a training session is missed during an event, we will do our best to make up that session during the remainder of the event. All IN ID Camp is unable to issue any type of credit or refund for inclement weather prior to or during an event, as many expenses have already been paid for to hold the event. In the case of a catastrophe, such as but not limited to a natural disaster, hurricane, flood, earthquake, crime or terrorism, sickness outbreak, pandemic, or war; and ALL IN ID Camp is unable to hold the event, ALL IN ID Camp will retain the right to alter the camp structure, postpone the event to a later date, or move the camp to a different location; decide the postponement date and location, and retain all registration fees paid for the camp. If a camp is fully cancelled and not moved to a different location or postponed to a later date, and it will not be held, families will receive a full refund.
Q. Is there a Payment Plan?
A. To register and secure your spot in camp you must pay the registration fee of $350. We offer a payment option, and the remaining funds will need to be paid 1-month prior to your camp's start date. *If remaining balances remain unpaid 1-week prior to camp, your registration will automatically be canceled as space is limited.
Q. Do you provide overnight accommodations?
A. No, we do not provide accommodations. However, we do partner with hotels at each of our locations and these hotels will secure you a discounted rate. It is the responsibility of the camper to make these reservations though.
Q. Will there be a trainer on site?
A. Yes, we will have a Certified Athletic Trainer on site to help out. If your player needs taping, they should bring tape with them. Emergencies will be directed to the local Fire/EMS department. If the athlete becomes ill/injured during camp, you will be contacted.
Q. What should the participant bring with them to camp?
A. All campers will need to bring their personal belongings in order for them to train, which include: a ball, shin guards, and water bottle. If the athlete needs medicine or an inhaler, they need to bring that as well. They will also need to bring lunch; as we will not provide that.
Q. Is it OK for the athletes to contact the participating coaches.
A. Yes. Players are encouraged to connect with the schools and coaches they believe will be a good fit for them and have an interest in attending. The coaches in attendance are given a list of camp participants.
Q. Are parents allowed to attend?
A. Parents may attend however it is HIGHLY encouraged to allow the athletes to experience the camp on their own. If you choose to stay and watch there will be a designated area for parents, under no circumstances should parents approach the coaches.
